Some people might still be working on New Years Resolutions –
In my book there is a Chapter describing the manifestations of unresolved stress. It’s quite revealing and a good ‘self-inventory’ to take. The list can help you choose a focus and direction.
Sometimes we don’t know the cause of the stress until we decide we don’t to manifest certain stress caused and causing behaviors. We can make general statements like – ‘I want to be better’ but if we don’t know what specifically needs to be better, or how to become better, or even what ‘better’ looks like, well – then a general statement like ‘I want to be a better person, wife, husband, student, boss, friend . . . ‘ isn’t really a well stated resolution –
Don’t get me wrong – it’s good to want to be better – but it’s important to try to be a little more specific.
The book is available through the author, through Westbow Press and through Amazon and Barnes and Noble.
People have been telling me this book has proven to be helpful in many ways – it’s not just about prayer – it’s about a way of life – as the subtitle states the book is one way of Drawing Wisdom From the Lord’s Life and Prayer.
This book is a step towards changing a life of manifesting unresolved stress to one that more clearly reflects Godly manifestations of resolving stress – – -so that we display more manifestations of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control . . .
Wishing you a Happy and Blessed New Year!
